How long will my order take?Your order will typically be ready within 7-10 business days after the approval of a product mockup.

Can I pay my invoice with a credit card over the phone?For security reasons, we kindly request that payments by credit card be made through our secure website at dreamcatcherpromotions.ca/pay-my-bill.htm. However, we also offer alternative payment methods such as Electronic Money Transfer (EMT), cheque, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) upon request.

I need my products very soon, can you rush my order?Yes! We strive to accommodate all orders to the best of our ability. However, due to logistical constraints, particularly with shipping, we may not always be able to fulfill rush orders. Please note that rush fees will apply to any order placed two weeks or less before your event date.
